My family had dinner tonight. We came earlier than the appointment time but it's not a problem. The seat view is great because it's facing the sea. The food taste well with standard Chinese color smell and taste.

After a long weekend in Dublin we decided to finish with a Cantonese lunch in Blackrock. RongCheng turned out to be an excellent choice. Friendly and attentive staff and a table with a marvellous and unbeatable view. The 3 of us decided on their daily 2 course menu, which was excellent. I had the ribs and Cantonese duck with vegetables which were delicious. A great lunch in a beautiful and well kept restaurant. We will return next time we are back.

The atmosphere is surprisingly good, with a very nice seaview and very “luxury” feel decor. Dim sum are really authentic and you can find something rare to have outside, like Seafood Redrice Roll. The staff are very friendly and pro-active, with excellent services. You don’t have to worry about no one refilling the tea, or long waiting time for checking the bill.

Coming from a city that has lots of great Chinese restaurants, RongCheng was great! I loved the dim sum and it was delicious! Great actual Chinese food in Dublin and the atmosphere and view were amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly

The best Chinese restaurant in Ireland! Not only is the environment the best, the food is also the best! The dishes are quite authentic, especially the little swan which makes you feel happy after eating it. Of course, if you're not familiar with Chinese food, be sure to ask about the spiciness level. BTW, the unit price seems a bit high, the two of us had 11 dishes.中国人，听我的，选他家没错的。
